Job summary

Wine Rack in Toronto is seeking a Wine Merchant to provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandising, and handle POS transactions in a fast-paced store. You will participate in community events and learn Arterra’s wines through our education program.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, a Smart Serve certification, and the ability to lift up to 21 kg; high school diploma and 19+ years old.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• Able to lift up to 21 kg and stand, reach, bend.
• High School or equivalent education; 19 years or older.
