Job summary

ALDO Group in Abbotsford is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and create a great in-store experience. Bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to keep customers coming back.

You will contribute to visual merchandising, policy adherence, restocking, and welcoming a diverse range of customers; the role offers generous employee discounts, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks
