Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.

• Available for day night and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (16 kg) during busy floor days.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager you're the Store Manager's right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example inspire your team to hit sales goals and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away you take the lead keeping the store running smoothly motivating the team and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
