Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand and drive an exceptional store experience in Mississauga. You lead by example, motivate the team to hit sales goals, and ensure customers leave feeling their best in ALDO style.

You will step in when the Store Manager is away, keep the store running smoothly, and reinforce ALDO's brand identity through visual merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Growth mindset and leadership potential.
• Strong customer-first energy and people connection.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Turn customer service into sales by executing ALDO brand initiatives.
• Coach, train, and support your team with real-time feedback.
• Lead with integrity and enforce loss prevention policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising and marketing displays.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.

• Turn great customer service into sales by bringing ALDO brand initiatives to life
• Coach, train, and support your team with real-time feedback
• Lead with integrity by following (and reinforcing) all loss prevention policies
• Keep the store looking flawless with on-point visual merchandising and marketing displays
• Build a fun, fashion-forward team culture
• Support daily operations, from stock to behind-the-scenes logistics
• Create a respectful, inclusive, and discrimination-free space where everyone belongs
