Job summary

ALDO Group in Halton Hills, Ontario, at the Toronto Premium Outlets, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and create a memorable in-store experience. You will bring energy, style, and a positive attitude that keeps customers coming back.

You will support with visual merchandising, restocking, and daily operations while following store policies. The role suits someone who loves fashion, connects easily with people, and can work day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating a great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
