Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Cis Londonderry Mall in Edmonton, AB. You will drive sales, coach associates, and maintain a high-energy, customer-first environment across channels.

You will lead by example when managers aren’t on the floor, ensuring policies are followed, visual displays are appealing, and the team stays motivated with strong communication and fashion sense. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service is preferred.
• Interest in fashion and a natural leadership ability are important.
• Customer-first mindset and flexible availability for day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across channels.
• Coach and support team members with on-the-floor guidance and feedback.
• Share insights with store management to improve performance.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has agreat experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks
