ALDO Group in Pickering, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, drive sales, and lead the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will motivate staff, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.

This role requires a fashion-forward mindset, hands-on leadership, and flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with strong people skills.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg).

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
