ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead in Brampton to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across all channels. When management isn’t on the floor, you’ll take the lead and keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma, about 6 months of retail leadership experience, and a passion for fashion. You should be a natural leader with strong communication, available for day, night, and weekend shifts, and able to stand for long

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.

• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks
