Job summary

Mind Games in Oshawa is seeking a Sales Associate / Key Holder for part-time contract to deliver friendly service, support daily store operations, and assist with opening and closing duties when assigned. You will greet customers, process transactions at the POS, stock shelves, and develop product knowledge of games, puzzles, toys, and collectibles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous Key Holder, cash handling, or store opening/closing experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently when required.
• Passion for board games, puzzles, toys, or pop culture is a plus.
• Evenings, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
