Mind Games in Oshawa is seeking a reliable Key Holder to support store operations, assist customers, and drive sales. You will greet shoppers, guide product choices, and handle POS transactions, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires at least two years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds. Prior supervisory experience is a plus in a playful, fast-paced environment.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, efficiently assisting customers throughout their visit.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash management, inspecting products, and following security protocols.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and a positive attitude to support the team.
• Experience with store opening/closing and cash management is considered an asset.
