Mind Games is seeking a Store Manager in Oshawa Centre to lead daily store operations, motivate a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will own sales results, drive promotional initiatives, manage budgets, and uphold health and safety standards while fostering a fun, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail or customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with sales growth, merchandising strategies, expense control, shrink reduction, and brand differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through ongoing training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive sales by executing business strategies, promotional initiatives, and effective merchandising plans.
• Manage budgeting, expense control, and analysis of variances to achieve targets.

Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink control programs.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills

Pay Rate

$21-$23 per hour
