Job summary

NorthernReflections is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience and build lasting relationships.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will promote products, meet or exceed daily sales goals, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.

Previous retail experience is a plus, with a passion for fashion and helping customers find great outfits that fit their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in our loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.
