Job summary

NorthernReflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo are seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build strong customer relationships in our Fort McMurray store. You will help customers find fashion that fits their lives, represent our brands, and contribute to a welcoming, fashion-forward environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll participate in brand promotion, loyalty enrollment, and accurate checkout processes while maintaining store standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through product knowledge and company values.
