Job summary

Work Authority is seeking a Sales Associate for our Hamilton location to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote a range of safety footwear and work apparel. You will welcome customers, assess needs, demonstrate product benefits, and close sales with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and weekdays, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to tackle new challenges.
• Possess a mature attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders safely to access elevated areas as needed, and the flexibility to stand for prolonged durations.
• Candidates should be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and weekdays.

• Continuously expand your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and store layout.
• Assist in store merchandising, handle returns, and ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.
• Adhere to all relevant store operational policies and practices, including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution.

We currently have a Sales Associate position open at our Hamilton location.

As a Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers by promoting our products and providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The successful candidate must be available to work (but not limited to) evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
