Job summary

Canadian Tire is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to join a friendly, diverse team. You will help receive, verify, store, and transport goods within a busy warehouse and help customers on the sales floor from time to time.

No experience is required as training is provided, and the role offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and a strong team environment. Applicants should be able to handle physical work, stand/walk for long periods, and work a variety of shifts including

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements / Skills

• No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
• Certification in forklift and/or skyjack (scissor lift) (asset)
