Job summary

Roots Corp. in Hamilton seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships that drive store success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with POS transactions, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation, while maintaining store standards and participating in loss prevention efforts. Retail apparel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for a Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values.The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.The goal is to develop customers for life.

• Retail experience preferably in apparel.

• Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
