Job summary

RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited in Langford, BC is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver personalized service, keep the store organized, and create a welcoming environment. You will assist customers in finding outfits and processing transactions, contributing to a memorable shopping experience.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, and a passion for fashion. You should be comfortable lifting up to 18 kg and working evenings, weekends, and holidays with POS

As a Fashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
