Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Sales Assistant to support people making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. You’ll receive extensive training, gain a deeper understanding of the industry, have mentorship opportunities with seasoned professionals, and be considered for promotion opportunities in the wider organization.

Based in the Greater Vancouver area, you will work at various Lower Mainland locations and engage with homebuyers while contributing to branding and sales goals.

Qualifications

• You have or are working on a post-secondary degree and have prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality.
• You are willing to work at various locations around the Lower Mainland.
• Bonus points if you can drive and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the home purchase journey and provide information on Mosaic's offerings.
• Assist with in-store branding and visual merchandising to attract buyers.
• Be flexible with shifts, including weekends, and contribute to a collaborative sales team.

Who You Are
