Mosaic is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Vancouver to join our multi-family residential team. You’ll bridge our construction site and office, ensuring timely delivery and administration of project documents, tender management, contracts and change orders.

With 2+ years in construction and post-secondary training in Construction Management or Architectural and Building Technology, you read drawings, track specifications, and support the project from start through occupancy.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry or related field.
• Post‑secondary education in Construction Management or Architectural and Building Technology.
• Strong reading of drawings and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer project documents (tender management, contracts and change orders, shop and project drawings).
• Provide site-to-office support from start of construction through occupancy and project completion.
• Serve as a key link between construction site and office, ensuring timely delivery of information.

Construction Project Coordinator

In this role, you are a key link between our construction site and the office. You’ll be responsible for the timely delivery and administration of project documents (tender management, contracts and change orders, shop and project drawings, etc.) and will provide support from the start of construction through to occupancy and project completion.

Who You Are

You have 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, or related field, with post‑secondary education in Construction Management or Architectural and Building Technology.

You have a passion for quality and great design. You know how to read construction drawings and specifications and understand the construction process.

You get things done. You are organized and detail orientated. You like working in a fast‑paced environment and engaging with a multi‑disciplinary team.

Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in others. You are proactive and positively engage in building a great culture at work.
