Job summary

Mosaic Community Services is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support building relationships with prospective residents and manage the details that make joining our Town & Centre community in Port Coquitlam a great experience. You'll oversee daily Home Store operations, maintain accurate leasing and tenant records, and ensure the leasing program runs smoothly, using leasing systems and CRM tools.

• Bonus points for second language or knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act.

Leasing Coordinator

As Leasing Coordinator, you'll support a wide range of leasing activities, from building relationships with prospective residents, to organizing all the details that make joining our brand-new Town & Centre community in Port Coquitlam a great experience. You’ll oversee the daily operations of our Home Store, maintaining accurate leasing and tenant records, and ensuring the seamless administration of the leasing program.

In this role, you’ll combine your background in customer service, great organizational skills, and a genuine interest in people to deliver on Mosaic’s promise of A Better Home.

Who You Are

You have experience in residential leasing, sales, or hospitality. You are comfortable working 5 days a week including weekends and holidays.

You have a proven ability to build relationships, and are comfortable working with leasing systems, and CRM tools. You demonstrate a collaborative mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

You are passionate about customer service and know what it takes to ensure everyone has a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished.

You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points if you have a second language, or working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.

Finally, you have a genuine interest in homes, neighbourhoods and creating a great customer experience every step of the way.
