Mosaic is seeking an Assistant (Finishing) Superintendent for high-rise multi-family projects around Burnaby and the Lower Mainland. You’ll work with trades and site teams to finish interiors, keep work moving, and ensure every detail meets Mosaic’s safety and quality standards.

You’re a proven finish-focused leader with strong communication, a can-do attitude and a track record of delivering quality on time.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering quality, safely executed concrete multi-family projects.
• Experience leading finishing trades at complex high-rise sites.
• Strong planning, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist finishing superintendent to bring multi-family high-rise projects to life across Burnaby and the Lower Mainland.
• Collaborate with trades and site teams to keep construction moving and ensure safety.
• Verify interior finishing meets Mosaic’s quality standards and project requirements.

Assistant (Finishing) Superintendent (High Rise – Burnaby)

As an Assistant Superintendent focused on finishing, you'll help bring our multi-family residential communities to life at sites across the Lower Mainland. You'll work closely with trades and site teams to keep construction moving, ensure work is done safely and see that every detail meets our standards for quality.
