Job summary

Zenterra Developments in Surrey is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the presentation centre and engage with potential buyers.

You will handle day-to-day operations, qualify visitors, and maintain CRM data while ensuring displays and signage reflect our award-winning projects.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to grow with a Vancouver-area developer scaling its community, requiring weekend availability and travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the presentation centre.
• Register, orient, and qualify prospective purchasers.
• Send daily traffic reports after review by Sales Manager.
• Respond to and delegate emails from the sales inbox.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries about the project.
• Enter information into CRM and keep Lasso data up to date.
• Ensure on-site electronics work properly.
• Maintain signage, brochures, and floorplans in stock.
• Keep presentation centre and display home clean and presentable.
• Monitor displays to ensure TV, music, and design presentation quality.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Works with the Sales Team to manage the day-to-day operations of the presentation centre, including opening and closing the presentation centre
• Registers, orientates, and qualifies potential purchasers
• Sends the daily traffic report after being reviewed by Sales Manager
• Responds to and delegates emails from sales email account
• Receives and returns phone calls made at the presentation centre
• Answers all general inquiries about the project
• Accurately enters information into CRM and ensuring all information in Lasso is accurate and up to date
• Ensure that all the on-site electronics and technology are working properly
• Ensures all site signage is up and project brochures and floorplans are at full supply
• Ensures that the presentation centre and display home are clean and presentable
• Checks the displays frequently throughout the day to ensure that TVs are circulating, music is playing, displays are clean and presented as interior design intended
