Mosaic is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead multiple residential projects from due diligence through completion in the Greater Vancouver area.

You will oversee site teams, consultants, and the in-house project team, with a focus on budgeting, tendering, and contract administration to ensure the delivery of high-quality homes.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience as a construction project manager on residential projects.
• Strong budgeting, tendering, and contract administration skills.
• Established network of trade partners and site team leadership.
• Valid BC driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites around Lower Mainland.

Construction Manager / Senior Construction Manager

Who You Are

You have 5+ years’ experience as a construction project manager working on a variety of project types from wood frame townhomes and apartments, to concrete residential high-rise condos.

You have a track-record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to completion, and have established a strong network of trade partners, and built great trade relationships.

Your experience includes leading a site team and working with consultants and a multidisciplinary in-house project team. You have strong budgeting, tendering, and contract administration skills.

Finally, you have a valid BC driver’s license and are comfortable driving to sites around the Lower Mainland. You are a team player who brings out the best in others and are passionate about the homes you build.
