Job summary

Mosaic Community Services is seeking a New Home Sales Manager in Vancouver to lead the sales team and drive new community launches. You will leverage your realtor network to generate sales, prepare contracts, and ensure a seamless homebuying experience for buyers.

You'll mentor team members, model excellent customer service, and help keep model homes inviting and well-presented while guiding buyers through every step of the process. Multilingual skills are a plus.

New Home Sales Manager

More homes are on the way at Mosaic, and we're looking for a great sales leader to grow with us.

As a member of our sales team, you'll bring your knowledge of the market, build meaningful connections with homebuyers, and help bring new communities to life. From generating sales and preparing contracts to supporting successful sales launches, you'll play an important role in creating a great homebuying experience.

You'll also bring out the best in your team, leading by example and making sure our model homes always look their best, and every potential homeowner feels welcome, informed and well cared for.

Who You Are

You have experience as a realtor and an extensive network of relationships and connections in local market. You are comfortable working 5 days a week including some weekends and holidays.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about customer service, and know what it takes to ensure everyone has a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A second language is an asset.
