Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Hawkesbury, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated sales associate to join our team. You will work with the Sales Manager and collaborate with regional and corporate teams to grow the business and deliver outstanding service.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary, benefits, company discounts, and ongoing training to support your career development. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hold a Class G driver's license (required to operate a Ford F-550).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Advising on and selling NAPA products to a client base of small accounts, addressing their operational needs.
• Collaborating with regional and corporate sales teams.
• Working with store managers to develop sales growth plans for the assigned territory.
• Ensuring follow-up with clients regarding returns, equipment issues, or product inquiries.
• Making pricing recommendations, assisting with collections, and ensuring adherence to purchasing terms.

Job Description

You will work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Hawkesbury. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on and selling NAPA products to a client base of small accounts, addressing their operational needs.
• Collaborating with various regional and corporate sales teams.
• Working with store managers to develop sales growth plans, aimed at expanding business with both existing and potential clients within your assigned territory.
• Ensuring rigorous follow-up with clients regarding returns, equipment issues, or product-related inquiries.
• Making pricing recommendations, assisting with collections, and ensuring that accounts adhere to their purchasing terms.

Qualifications

To join our team, you must, among other requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hold a Class Gdriver's license (required to operate a Ford F-550).
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written. In this role, you will be required to collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada.
