NAPA in Hawkesbury, Ontario is seeking a dedicated, full-time Sales Representative to join our team. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive growth, advise customers, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base across Canada.

The role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, company discounts, and ongoing training to support your professional development. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Class G driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication in French and English, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Advise on and sell NAPA products to small accounts, addressing their needs.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate sales teams.
• Work with store managers to develop growth plans for existing and new clients.
• Follow up on returns, equipment issues, or product inquiries with clients.
• Provide pricing recommendations and assist with collections and terms compliance.

Job Description

You will work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Hawkesbury. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on and selling NAPA products to a client base of small accounts, addressing their operational needs.
• Collaborating with various regional and corporate sales teams.
• Working with store managers to develop sales growth plans, aimed at expanding business with both existing and potential clients within your assigned territory.
• Ensuring rigorous follow-up with clients regarding returns, equipment issues, or product-related inquiries.
• Making pricing recommendations, assisting with collections, and ensuring that accounts adhere to their purchasing terms.

Qualifications

To join our team, you must, among other requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hold a Class Gdriver's license (required to operate a Ford F-550).
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written. In this role, you will be required to collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada.
