Job summary

Long & McQuade is seeking a friendly and energetic sales associate to help customers choose instruments and accessories in Summerside.

You will demonstrate products, answer calls, process orders, and keep the store inviting while staying organized and upbeat.

Candidates must be musicians and available weekdays, weeknights, and weekends; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and carry large boxes.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recommend solutions in a confident and assertive manner.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset.
