Job summary

Long & McQuade Musical Instruments in Richmond Hill is seeking a Sales and Rental Associate for our Keyboards department. You will help customers through selling and renting instruments and gear, and match their needs with the right products.

You will demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, handle phone inquiries, and follow up on orders with customers and suppliers. Weekdays, weeknights and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.

• Attend weekly staff meetings and periodic training sessions
• Merchandise store to create an inviting environment for customers to shop
• Participate in store maintenance, warehouse duties, and other related tasks
