- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, secure bookings, and drive revenue.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, event planners, and venues in North Vancouver and surrounding areas.
- Create tailored proposals that showcase the company’s exceptional catering services and signature menus.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Lead the planning and execution of catered events, ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver seamless, high-quality events.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, adapting to changing needs as required.
Marketing & Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Partner on marketing campaigns to highlight seasonal menu offerings and services.
- Maintain and grow the client database while tracking sales and event performance metrics.
Requirements
- A proven track record in sales, event management, or hospitality (3+ years preferred).
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with the North Shore and its venues is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in event management software and standard office tools.
