Job summary

Northern Reflections is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store sales and operations with accountability for financial results. You will recruit, train and coach a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote role with growth potential within the organization.

You will work in conjunction with the Store Manager to drive profitable sales, manage expenses and ensure customer satisfaction across all client interactions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail management experience in a specialty store, preferably apparel.
• Proven ability to drive a result-oriented sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, select and develop top-level Associates.
• Excellent customer service approach with both internal and external partners.
• Ambition to become a future Store Manager.
