The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience and a passion for the beauty industry. This full-time position requires flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with compensation based on skills and an incentive program after probation.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; secondary education an asset.
2+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
1+ years of management experience.
Leadership to inspire, motivate and influence team members.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to organize time and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of retail store operations to protect and maximize sales results.
Proactively make each client’s visit a delightful and memorable customer service experience.
Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions.
Assist in development and execution of annual and quarterly business plans to achieve KPI goals.
Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, mentoring, and accountability for employees.
Support recruiting, hiring, and orientation processes for assigned stores.

Schedule/Store Hours: Must be available to work weekdays & weekends as needed.
