Your new role
This position provides expertise in the efficient administration of trade contracts, including database set-up and invoicing for payment, inventory management, ensuring shipping and receiving timelines, documentation and control of payables and receivables, and other general duties in supplying value for service to customers within an assigned group of accounts.
• Share the strategy of the Business department and support administration accordingly.
• Collect data from daily downloads and transfer to Excel for processing.
• Prepare documents related to trade contracts, purchases, returns, damaged materials, etc.
• Handle invoicing and debit/credit note preparation, ensuring proper posting to SAP accounting system.
• Communicate with clients regarding contract regulations, coordinate with traffic department, and handle other inquiries.
• Provide monthly reports on scrap, inventories, overdue accounts, and account activities.
• Manage office requirements such as mail, courier, email, etc.
• Process credit line applications and obtain timely approvals.
• Monitor supply and pricing trends.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies.
• Assist with quotations and proposals.
• Organize and prepare marketing materials.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
Salary range: $55,000 - $69,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 3 weeks' vacation, extended health and dental, RRSP matching, fitness and educational reimbursements.
