What You'll Do :

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations for efficiency

  • Coordinate staff scheduling and assignments
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with management to implement strategies
  • Support onboarding, training, and development
  • Maintain supplies, equipment, and compliance

Requirements

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in office management, leadership, or administrative roles
  • Sales-oriented with a record of meeting targets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
