As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator to join the Softlanding team.


About The Role

The Sales Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team with general sales operations activities and administrative functions.


What You Will Do
  1. Be the first point of contact for all sales admin related questions & issues.
  2. Manage sales reporting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Excel.
  3. Produce quotes for Microsoft licensing from a template.
  4. Administer Dynamics CRM, doing data edits and producing reports.
  5. Assist account executives with client-facing work such as booking meetings.
  6. Execute key sales processes such as new customer data creation and administration of customer contracts.
  7. Promote key marketing events.
  8. Assist account executives with lead generation and sales pitch presentations.
  9. Assist with the management of the Vancouver office facility.
  10. Manage the sales email inquiry pipeline.
What We Are Looking For
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience with sales administrative functions or similar roles.
  2. Intermediate proficiency with office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated experience utilizing these tools.
  3. Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  4. Ability to work and think independently and meet deadlines.
  5. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  6. Excellent attention to detail.
  7. Clear and professional communication skills (written and oral).
  8. Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills.
  9. Experience with Dynamics CRM or another CRM tool is a strong asset.
