We invest in our employees' growth and encourage individual ideas and strategies. As we expand, we are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Sales Accounts Executive based in Brampton, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including research, outreach, prospecting, discovery, and lead qualification.
  • Initiate outbound communication via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to engage prospective clients.
  • Build a pipeline of potential clients through various prospecting methods and leverage relationships to generate new sales and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to strategize on key accounts.
  • Update CRM with customer data and lead information.
  • Prepare sales materials such as decks and proposals to support the sales team.
  • Attend relevant events and network with organizations to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related sales experience.
  • Proven success in new business development, including cold calling, appointment setting, presentations, and closing deals.
  • Strong online research and prospecting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and positive personality.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills.
