Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in program management, communications, retail operations, merchandising, sales enablement, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Acceleration Programs and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track program performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dealer engagement strategies and support product launches and promotional initiatives.
