If you're someone who thrives on driving operational results while building strong relationships with entrepreneurial partners, this is a role worth exploring.

Reporting to the AVP, Auto Service and Operations, this position plays a key part in improving in-store processes, strengthening operational execution, and managing the Fleet/Commercial Auto Service business. You'll work closely with Dealers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to translate insights into action and support meaningful growth across the business.

About the Role: Manager, Auto Service Operations

At its core, this role is about enabling Dealers and their teams to perform at their best. You'll collaborate directly with Dealer committees to simplify operations, identify opportunities to grow sales and store profitability, and ensure that Auto Service priorities are executed consistently and effectively. From developing and implementing strategies to preparing presentations for senior leadership, the scope of this position is broad and consequential.

The successful candidate will also take ownership of the Fleet/Commercial program, overseeing partner execution, operational readiness, and performance tracking across the Dealer network. You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously, communicating clearly across all levels of the organization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement — all while modelling Canadian Tire's core values of being driven, courageous, and united.

Benefits and Salary

Beyond compensation, employees have access to comprehensive benefits and retirement programs, performance incentives, continuing education programs, career growth opportunities, product discounts, and additional perks to support overall well-being. As part of the enhanced flex benefits package, mental health benefits of $5,000 per year are available for eligible employees and their families.
