Job summary

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a Technical Analyst, SaaS Platforms and Third‑Party Apps, to configure, support and improve a broad portfolio of applications. You will work with product architects and technology partners to ensure security, architecture alignment and reliable operation of business software across teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science, and at least one year of related experience in application support or technology services.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Minimum one year of related experience in application support, technology services, systems configuration or a related IT environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support SaaS platforms and third‑party applications within established architecture guidelines and security standards.
• Investigate and remediate complex application issues escalated by Service Desk and deskside support.
• Complete application implementation, configuration and light development work to support business needs.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes and implement practical fixes or elevate concerns when needed.
• Document configurations, support procedures, technical findings and recurring issues to strengthen sustainment and knowledge.
