• 2-5 years experience.
• Preferred with experience in Financial or Banking Industries.
• Basic knowledge or interest about apps support procedures.
• Participation in some process improvements.
• Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices.
• Basic Business knowledge/ understanding of financial markets and products.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical and business support for Citi Applications users.
• Field issues and queries, provide short-term resolutions and work with technology partners for remediation.
• Develop understanding of how apps support areas integrate to achieve business goals.
• Act as liaison between users/traders and internal tech groups.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases.
• Perform post-release checks and maintain technical support documentation.
• Analyze applications for risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and other teams.
