Directive Consulting, a leading B2B marketing agency, is seeking a Demand Gen Specialist to directly manage performance marketing for up to seven accounts. You will interface with clients, pitch strategy, and ensure results exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate is a strong T-shaped marketer with deep SaaS expertise across Paid, SEO, and CRO, capable of driving campaigns and client success as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience.
• 2+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Strong strategic thinker with a T-shaped marketing profile.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB clients across channels
• Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy
• Project manage and organize your accounts
• Build relationships with your point of contacts
• Deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies
• Strong SaaS background preferred
