Job summary

Elation Health is seeking an AR Analyst to own day-to-day AR and Salesforce data entry. You will manage collections end-to-end, from aging analysis to outreach and resolution, while supporting invoicing and contract processing.

This contract-to-hire role begins with 6 months, with a performance review for permanent placement. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AR, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience with Salesforce and subscription billing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AR/collections experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience in recurring subscription billing.
• Familiar with a range of tools and proactive customer outreach.
• Experience in VC-backed SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple collections case queues in Salesforce; clear cases within one business day.
• Pull and merge aging reports to identify past-due accounts and prioritize activity.
• Outreach via calls and emails to resolve balances and negotiate payment plans.
• Track collections analytics and report aging trends and timelines.
