Job summary

Fraserway RV is seeking an RV Service Advisor in Airdrie, AB, a full-time role with Monday-Friday daytime hours and one Saturday per month during peak season. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating repairs with technicians and others, and guiding service journeys from intake to invoicing.

RV Service Advisor - Airdrie, AB

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

One Saturday Per Month Required During Peak Season (May-October)

Fraserway RV is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Airdrie team.

In this role, you'll help customers navigate the service and repair process while working closely with technicians, warranty advisors, and service staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their RV in for service, maintenance, or repairs. Your responsibilities will include:

You’ll Be Successful In This Role If You Have

• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service Advisor, or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, customer-focused approach to service
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Ability to work effectively with both customers and technicians
