Job summary

Fraserway RV in Airdrie, AB is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the link between customers and technicians, guiding service and repair processes to ensure exceptional experiences.

We welcome candidates from RV, automotive, powersports, heavy equipment or related service industries. This is a full-time, weekday role with occasional Saturday work during peak season, offering growth within Canada's largest RV dealership.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
One Saturday per month required during peak season (May-October)

Fraserway RV is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Airdrie team. In this role, you'll help customers navigate the service and repair process while working closely with technicians, warranty advisors, and service staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

• Greeting customers and understanding their service needs
