Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of RV systems
• Troubleshoot and repair 12V and 120V electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair plumbing and propane systems
• Service appliances, furnaces, water heaters, and refrigerators
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and general RV repairs
• Identify problems and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians
• Explain technical information and completed repairs to customers when required

If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in doing the job right, Fraserway RV has an opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a technician, mechanic, or skilled tradesperson to join our Abbotsford Service team. You’ll work on a variety of RVs and systems, applying your existing technical skills while developing new ones through training and hands‑on experience.

Previous RV experience is not required. Experience in automotive, electrical, plumbing, marine, trailers, or another skilled trade is valuable in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of RV systems
• Troubleshoot and repair 12V and 120V electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair plumbing and propane systems
• Service appliances, furnaces, water heaters, and refrigerators
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and general RV repairs
• Identify problems and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians
• Explain technical information and completed repairs to customers when required

What You’ll Bring

• The ability to work independently and contribute to a team
• A valid driver’s licence
• A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills

Red Seal certification and technical or trades training are preferred but not required.

Working Conditions

• Working both indoors and outdoors
• Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Working Saturdays as required
• Overtime during peak season as required

Compensation

$26.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on RV experience, qualifications, certification, and skill level.
