Job summary

SE Health in North York Region seeks a Personal Support Manager (RPN) to lead a PSW team delivering high-quality client care across Ontario. You will oversee operations, engage staff, and ensure performance targets are met while supporting program development and community health initiatives.

You will bring clinical expertise, strong customer service, and technical skills to drive improvements, ensure compliance, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work culture across a growing social

Qualifications

• RPN license in Ontario in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership/management preferred; internal Saint Elizabeth employees: 1–2 years in leadership.
• Minimum six months community nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated Saint Elizabeth values and core leadership competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and engage staff to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Maximize team performance through efficient resource use.
• Support private pay business for clients as appropriate.
• Forecast resource needs using projections.
• Implement communication strategies for shared vision and collaboration.
• Support special projects or new programs as required.
• Evaluate performance and develop PSW skills to meet organizational goals.
• Interview, hire and onboard new employees; coach on performance issues.
