Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative to support service departments, upsell and cross-sell while delivering exceptional customer service on assigned routes in Montreal. You will engage with decision-makers, resolve service concerns, and ensure accurate route documentation and payments.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle checks, loading/unloading, and collaboration with service, sales, and operations teams as a relief driver when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license; CDL when applicable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public-facing work.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle loading/unloading as required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers within assigned routes and refer qualified leads to Sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and relationships.
• Communicate with decision-makers and resolve service concerns.
• Follow SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management.
• Maintain inventories, route books, and customer files.
• Handle customer payments, credits, and change orders accurately.
• Upsell services and refer leads to Sales Consultants.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and keep truck clean.
• Load/unload products and move carts up to 500 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs.
