Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Canada to support service departments through up-selling and cross-selling while delivering excellent customer service. The role reports to the District Manager and requires daily route travel and heavy lifting where needed.

You will prospect new customers, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Maintain a valid Driver's License, CDL if applicable, and be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers on assigned routes; refer qualified leads.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and relationships.
• Communicate with decision-makers and resolve service concerns proactively.
• Follow Service SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management.
• Maintain inventories, route books, and customer files.
• Handle customer payments, credits, and change orders accurately.
• Upsell services and refer leads to Sales Consultants.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and keep truck clean.
