Alsco Uniforms in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Route Sales Representative and Delivery Driver who thrives on the open road and enjoys connecting with people to grow customer relationships.

You will manage your own route, deliver products, upsell, and provide top‑notch service while maintaining records and handling payments. The role requires a valid license, a safety mindset, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals.
• Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately.
• Safety-sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing is required.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Physical Demands

Schedule

• 4 days per week
• 10 hours each scheduled day

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $24.00 per hour to start + commission based on route revenue
• Benefits: Pension plan, Health & Dental Benefits
