Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative to meet customer needs through up-selling and cross-selling while delivering superior service. You’ll manage all route responsibilities and report to the District Manager.

The role requires four work days per week, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include soliciting new customers, maintaining inventories, handling payments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining vehicle and paperwork accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; CDL when applicable.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience.
• Strong customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new customers and upsell/cross-sell products for a profitable mix.
• Deliver on route and ensure timely, accurate paperwork.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve concerns with supervision.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular inspections.
• Process customer payments and manage route inventory.
