Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Hands-on supervisor who rolls up their sleeves to support the team and customer.
• Experience in leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery, or entrepreneurship preferred.
• Comfortable using new technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide route coverage during Route Service Representative absences, offering hands-on support while assessing performance and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver best-in-class service and programs and train the team.
